140 PEACHTREE

This building is a design for a law firm who wishes to occupy the historic building at 140 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta. Originally a multistory building, the upper floors were removed because of the structural instability of the steel. The design calls for a reincarnation of those upper levels. The skin would incorporate LED panels to display advertising and information to the pedestrians who frequent this intersection near the heart of downtown.
