The Bouldercrest Road property is a 43,000 square foot warehouse in East Atlanta. The project is for a conversion from a sign fabrication shop to a mixture of retail and office spaces. This scheme calls for a new canopy across the front of the builing made of steel and cellular plastic panels, as well as a new terrace area with seating.
