MASON MURER
Mason Murer Fine Art is an AIA Award-winning art gallery in midtown Atlanta. Each art 'pod' within the 23,000 SF is meant to present a discrete viewing experience. There are view corridors sliced through the pods to give glimpses of art and gallery vistas beyond the walls of each pod.
Computer modeling techniques were utilized to generate the particular geometries of the spaces and aided the contractor in the creation of the specific openings and cantilevered projections.
Amy Landesberg Architects was the Architect of Record for this project, Leslie Tyrone was the Project Architect. Mason Murer Fine Art won an American Institute of Architects Georgia Chapter "Award of Merit" for its design.
